The University of Tokyo offers opportunity to students who have registered for Go Global Gateway to participate in one of three short-term winter study abroad programs during January-March 2019. Read this web page and Application Guidelines carefully and apply by the deadline.
Also, we hold a program information session on Oct 18 (Thu.). This will be a good opportunity for you to learn about each program in detail.

*Around 15 spots will be available in each program.

Submit all the documents listed below to Go Global Gateway Team during the submission period from 10 a.m. Nov.1 (Thu.) to 5 p.m. Nov.7 (Wed.) in 2018.

(1)Name the electronic file of ①Internal Application Form "(UTokyo Account) (Your Full Name) Application Form" .
Example: ｢0123456789 Taro Todai Application Form.xlx｣
※UTokyo Account is 10 digits which you use for UTAS and Go Global Gateway to log in.
（2）Submit the form through the link below and send an email to Go Global Gateway Team（go-gateway.adm@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp）to confirm that you have submitted the application form through the designated link.
Type "【Go Global Gateway：Winter Program】" in the title box of the email and include following three points in the body text; 1your name, 2UTokyo Account, 3 to explain that you have submitted it through the link.
You will get a reply as soon as your submission has been confirmed.
